Product Description
Series Biomass Fired Steam Boiler
New sewing machines are single-cylinder boilers with waterproof shells and the fuel equipment is a deep chain. The water wall on the left and right sides of the stove has a bright heating level.
The lower part of the sewing pipe is adopting the new technology: Two wings of the stove body are convex heat and the heat level of the stainless steel conveyor belt (57 × 3) is located on the drum. The fire wall is made of resistant concrete and has three dimensions outside the pots.
Product Features
1. Easy install:
Typically, a boiler is a fast-moving plant that is convenient for transportation and installation, which shortens the construction time, saves installation costs, and allows for timely commissioning of the boiler.
2. Reliable action:
The design of the boiler heating system is reasonable, the water flow is stable and the thermal safety level is cooled in a timely manner to ensure the safety of the boiler.
3. Appropriate maintenance and repairs:
The pot drum is provided with an inspection hole to access the inspection. Opening a smoking box in front of the fire is convenient and the staff can easily and clearly inspect and create the right conditions for proper treatment.
4. Complete burn:
With secondary air conditioning and a smoother design, the fuel is fully burned to eliminate black smoke.
5. Effective golf:
The fire accepts dual ventilation and is naturally prevented by purification technology from the front of the pots to avoid airflow, oil leakage, irregular ventilation, proper operation and visible advantages over a simple grinder.
6. Convenient Cleaning:
Large amount of ash combustion can be formed in the fire that can effectively remove dust from the soil, prevent work errors, reduce heat efficiency by collecting ash and provide a stable boiler load.
