Vertical Water Tube Industrial Gas Fired Steam Boiler For Heating Furnace

 

 

Product introduction

 

  • The furnace of this product adopts vertical tubeless and smoke four-return structure.

 

  • It effectively increases the heat transfer from the flue gas to the furnace water, improves the thermal efficiency, and has good energy saving effect.

 

  • The tubeless design allows the product to not burn out due to scaling.

 

  • Heat is evenly distributed to the pipe wall and heat transfer fins to avoid stress and prolong service life.

 

  • Compared with similar products, the combustion chamber is large, the outlet temperature of the furnace is low, and the threaded pipe is the main convection heating surface.

 

  • The upper chamber can also be equipped with a waste heat recovery heat exchanger to maximize energy savings.
