Application of High Temperature Sintering Furnace :

 

High Temperature Sintering Furnace Mainly used for degreasing and sintering of cemented carbide, powdered stainless steel, magnetic materials, special ceramics, refractory metals and alloys (tungsten, molybdenum, tungsten-copper alloy).

 

High Temperature Sintering Furnace Characteristics

 

Two production processes of continuous degreasing and sintering can be realized in the same furnace. Degreasing and sintering in the furnace can eliminate repeated product movement, heating and cooling, improve product quality, shorten production cycle and improve production efficiency;

 

It can be implemented under argon, nitrogen and reducing gas separation, low pressure sintering to reduce elemental volatilization loss;

 

Directional differential pressure airflow degreasing, enhanced degreasing effect, no dead fat in the furnace, more complete degreasing;

 

It is heated by graphite heating element and is divided into multiple zones for independent temperature control. The programmable PID adjusts the temperature precisely and evenly;

 

Special degreasing sealing box and fat trap, no internal furnace wall, heat shield and heating body pollution, degreasing and collecting grease is more effective;

Inflation flow control, pressure control device in the furnace, realize micro-negative and constant-pressure sintering, inhibit metal volatilization loss, and improve product compactness and quality;

 

Accurate and reliable humanized graphical user interface (human-machine touch screen) and analog operation screen.
