Vacuum Sintering Furnace Application:

 

Vacuum Sintering Furnace Widely used in powder metallurgy injection molding (MIM) sintering, rare earth permanent magnet materials, hard alloys, ceramic materials, titanium alloys and other materials vacuum sintering and diamond tool sintering (welding) and vacuum heat treatment process. The series of furnace type structure is mature and practical, and the furnace type and configuration are more. It is a general-purpose equipment used in the field of powder metallurgy sintering.

 

Technical parameters and specifications:

 

  1. Inflation pressure ≤ 0.1MPa (absolute pressure)
  2. Low-pressure control device to meet special atmospheric process requirements (such as inhibiting the volatilization of alloying elements).
  3. High vacuum/medium vacuum configurations are available freely depending on material process requirements. (This item is user selectable)
  4. The control of the equipment is automatic control throughout the whole process. Automatic and manual operation can achieve bumpless switching. The vacuum degree, temperature and heating power can be automatically recorded during the operation of the equipment, and the data in the production process can be viewed at any time. The device is controlled by a combination of a touch screen and a programmable controller (PLC) for easy and intuitive operation.
  5. The control system is equipped with alarm functions such as over-temperature, over-pressure and water-breaking. The system can automatically process according to the needs, which can reduce the damage to the equipment and ensure the safety of personnel.
  6. The temperature control system uses Japan Island Electric.
