Chain Grate Biomass Fired water Boiler

The new type of series steam boiler is a single drum-type boiler with water-fired tube shell, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate. The water wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is a radiative heating surface, the lower part of the boiler tube adopts a new technology of cross arrangement, the two wings of the furnace are convection heating surface, and a threaded flue pipe (57 × 3) convection heating surface is arranged in the pot tube. The heat-resistant concrete is adopted in the furnace wall, and the outer part of the boiler is a three-dimensional guard shell.

The boiler body adopts the form of upper drum, water-cooled wall tube and header left-right symmetrical arrangement, and the lower water-wall tube of boiler adopts the new technology of cross arrangement. The drum consists of 1600 × 14 tubes and 1600 × 14 front and rear tube plates. The water cooling wall tube is a 57 × 3 boiler tube, the header is a 159x6 boiler tube, and the falling tube is a 133x6 boiler tube. There are front and back arches in the furnace of this boiler, and the combustion efficiency is high.

Many ash cleaning holes can be set up on the boiler, which can remove ash in time and effectively, avoid the trouble of operation and decrease of thermal efficiency caused by boiler ash accumulation, and ensure the stability of boiler load.
